Today, we have daily formation tools and a clear road map for men to live the uncommon life every day of the year — ebbing and flowing with the calendar the Church gives us.
Yes, sometimes we fast. But, other times, we feast.
That’s what the Church has been doing for ages. We just turned it orange and made it a bit more accessible through our app.
We start with a baseline Plan of Life:
Prayer, Asceticism, and Fraternity.
And we use those during each of these Exodus seasons throughout the year:
